How are your personal data protected and how long do we keep your personal data?

BGF I takes appropriate organisational and technical measures, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of processing and the potential risks, to protect your personal data in the best way possible. In order to guarantee the security of your personal data we have set in place a series of security measures as part of our digital operational resilience. Data is managed and stored in a controlled and secure way. We will not process your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected.

With whom do we share your personal data?

Your personal data will only be shared with or accessed by our staff on a need-to-know basis. They are contractually bound to treat such information with strict confidentiality.

In the cases where third parties act on behalf of or in support of our activities, we will establish data processing agreements to ensure that as a processor through organisational and technical measures they can warrant an adequate level of data protection in line with our privacy policy and in compliance with applicable legislation.

Do we transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area?
